I had my on demand hot water system break over the weekend. I contacted Icon and they were able to get someone out I diagnose the problem same day. They had to install a new part but it was fine quickly. Great overall experience with Icon.

Needed a kitchen sink re-plumbed in one of our rental properties, as well as a toilet snaked. Plumber was great to deal with, very professional. I left a previous review regarding their pricing, however Kyle was quick to come back to the table and negotiate a fair price for the work and materials. I've been dealing with them more today and their service has been exceptional.

I had a minor leak underneath my toilet tank on a Sunday night, and I was able to get Matt from Icon to come within a couple of hours and assess the situation and implement a solution. He was very effective and efficient when it came to the work, but he was also very friendly and even had a few jokes, which lightened the mood. He even educated me on some basic plumbing 101, which I appreciated. Having a plumber come on a weekend, after hours, was not cheap but definitely worth the while and eased the stress I had about the situation. I would highly recommend Icon and Matt and will be using their services again, if ever needed!

I had icon come in and install a bathtub in a spot where there wasn’t any plumbing they were SO nice and so efficient and even declog my other sink without me even asking. I love that you can call their office and get in right away. You’re not waiting weeks and weeks without hearing from anybody Like other plumbers that I’ve spoken to. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be using for any future projects!

Appreciated them coming quickly at 3am, but they didn't help at all. The guy just tried augering the toilet for half an hour, told me he couldn't do anything about it and that he could replace the toilet for $1000, then charged me $270 and left. Next day, I called my building maintenance and they sorted it out in 2 hrs. Surprised they have a 4.9 rating honestly, try at your own risk.
