I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Refaei is very professional, kind, and thorough, and he made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I’m very happy with the quality of care I received. The front desk staff are also excellent polite, professional, and well organized. Everything from booking to the appointment itself was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Refaei.

I have been visiting this dental clinic for about two years for my dental care and treatments, and I am very satisfied. Dr. Saeed is one of the most professional and skilled dentists I have ever seen. He explains everything clearly and his treatments are always excellent. Also, the receptionist, Ms. Mahbuba, is very kind, helpful, and great at following up with patients. I highly recommend this clinic✨✨✨✨✨

The behavior of the reception staff is completely unacceptable. They canceled my root canal appointment that was scheduled for November 10th without my permission and told me there are no available appointments until January! I called several times, but they hung up on me and then stopped answering my calls altogether. The receptionist was very rude, interrupted me, said what she wanted, and then ended the call abruptly. The people working at the reception clearly have no understanding of customer service or respect. I asked to speak with the management, but they disconnected the call again and refused to answer afterward. I had an appointment with Dr. Saeed last week, and while I still had about 10 minutes left in my session, one of the receptionists came and told me that I was “chatting with the doctor” and that another patient was waiting — while the doctor was actually showing me my dental X-rays and explaining what the issue might be. The doctor himself asked me to book a root canal appointment, and the receptionist scheduled it for November 10th (on October 24th) — but they canceled it later without informing me. I strongly recommend that the management take action and remove both Ana and Mahboobeh, so they understand that this kind of behavior toward patients is not acceptable. I honestly didn’t want to write a bad review, but I had absolutely no way to contact the clinic management. Both of them — Ana and Mahboobeh — kept ignoring my calls, hanging up on me, and acting extremely disrespectfully, leaving me no other choice. My dental treatment is still in progress at this clinic, and I want my current tooth to be completed here. However, for any future dental work, I will go to another clinic. As long as Mahboobeh and Ana are working there, I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. I’m confident that the clinic’s response is not accurate. The issue clearly came from the receptionist, Ana, whose behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. She acts as if she runs the clinic, interrupting even when Dr. Saeed was explaining my treatment during my own appointment, saying disrespectfully, “Are you chatting?” which was very inappropriate. My appointment was cancelled without my consent, and instead of apologizing, the clinic tried to justify this by making excuses. Ana’s behavior, attitude, and even dress code are far from what’s expected in a professional healthcare setting. As a doctor of pharmacy with 15 years of experience, I’ve never seen a receptionist behave this rudely toward a patient. Management’s silence and lack of accountability suggest favoritism or an internal connection that allows such behavior to continue unchecked. I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking respectful and professional care.
