Really great studio. I did the deep stretch flexibility class with Phoebe and really enjoyed it. She’s a knowledgeable instructor with a strong understanding of flexibility and mobility. I appreciate that she came over to help me when I was struggling with a few movements.The studio itself is clean and comfortable, with lockers, changerooms and showers. It was a bit hard to find at first, but when I called the studio they guided me. It’s located in the buildings behind the parking lot on the second floor. There is both outdoor and indoor parking available. I’m definitely looking forward to taking her classes again.

HYM is a kind and welcoming place 😊. JingJing is caring and friendly 🤗. On Monday at 9:30, Johanna teaches a gentle yin restorative class with stretching and relaxing sounds 🧘🏻‍♀️🎶. She uses different musical elements to make the class peaceful 🎵✨. This class is great for feeling calm and happy 😌🌟. It is the perfect class for all ages and levels 👩‍🦳.

My yoga skills are intermediate and I needed a place to challenge and advance my skills. I’ve tried many of the different classes at hot yoga Markham from deep stretches, mobility, flows, hot yoga to high intensity hot mat Pilates, I’ve enjoyed them all. I love the variety and have experienced a significant improvement in my strength and flexibility (especially in my hips!!) Clean facility, friendly atmosphere. Studio teachers and owner are very welcoming. My favourite place to focus on my physical health. I purchase the monthly pass and they encourage you to do as many classes as you like, so it is a very good value!

I have been to this studio for almost two years and it is definitely a hidden gem in Markham. The staff are friendly and helpful. The instructors are professional (Cheryl and Leslie are awesome!!). The studio is extremely clean and the community is very supportive. If you are looking for a great variety level of yoga practice, it’s a studio you definitely cant miss!!

The studio offers a wide range of classes with different instructors. All are great at what they do and have been very helpful. Initially I came to the studio for a stretch class, and I ended up purchasing a package for more classes because I really liked it. After trying out different classes and committing to practicing for a couple months, I feel stronger, more flexible, and most importantly the knee pain I had prior to starting is gone. Highly recommend this studio for the knowledgeable instructors, and friendly staff. If you’re looking to try yoga for the first time, they also have mat rentals available.
