Extremely arrogant and incompetent staff. Gave me an appointment, then when I showed up tried to gaslight me and tell me I didn't note the proper time on my calendar (which I did, asked for confirmation multiple times on the phone). Then threatened me with LATE FEES, which is tantamount to fraud. Avoid at all costs.

Had a great first experience there. My dog is very nervous and fearful with strangers but they took the time to calm her down and work with her. This was really appreciated. I won't hesitate to take my dog and my cats there in the future!
