This was my first time trying a spin class and I feel the team introduced me in the most accommodating and welcoming way possible. From the front desk ladies helping me check in, finding the right shoe size, picking a spot, and setting up my bike, it was all so seamless and smooth. I truly recommend coming here if you want a good workout in a very well accommodating environment!

Home Lifestyle Club truly feels like a home away from home!! The best instructors and a great variety of classes. I’ve met so many new friends here over the past couple years. Just so grateful for this place 🤍

I was in Calgary for a month and joined while staying nearby in Mission. After nearly eight months away from fitness classes due to a difficult past experience, I was nervous to start again. But from the first visit, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely uplifted. The space is beautiful, the classes are energizing and varied, and the little touches — like a cool scented towel at the end — made every visit feel like self-care, not a chore. What really made the difference were the trainers. Adam, Kate, Lindsay, and Meghan stood out for their warmth and encouragement, both in person and online — several even connected with me on Instagram, cheering me on and helping me feel part of the community. For anyone new to fitness, or returning after time away, that kind of support means everything. A special shoutout to Ang, who helped me figure out a short-term membership that actually worked for my stay and made every interaction feel personal and thoughtful. Her kindness and responsiveness made such a difference. Rumour has it they’re turning the upstairs into a Nordic spa and cold plunge area — just one more reason I hope to be back soon. Home Lifestyle Club isn’t just a gym. It’s a genuinely positive, welcoming space that helps people feel good in their bodies and in their routines. I can’t recommend it enough — and I would 100% be a member if I lived in Calgary!

Love love love this place! Really enjoyed my sessions on the 2 week intro pass at Home Lifestyle Club! SUCH a beautiful space and great vibes. The spin class was awesome (akin to what I call a "big city spin class") - thank you Amelia! Same goes for the strength and sculpt classes. Lana and Jenn are amazing. If I lived nearby I would have been doing doubles there everyday. They have candlelit yin and yoga as well. This is one of the best in Calgary Boutique Fitness. My only qualm was how cold the change rooms and lobby areas are. Bring slippers for the concrete floors and the shower area! And a hair dryer if you plan to use the lovely products they provide! Otherwise 5 stars. Welcoming place. Thank you to the team!

Every time I'm in town from Toronto it feels like I'm coming "home" when I walk through the doors of HLC. By far the friendliest staff of any studio I've ever been to and I don't think I could find a speck of dust or grime even if I tried. Come for the workout, stay for the people, the cookies, and the coffee!
