The hotel outside looked much more luxurious than from inside. The room was tiny with old painted furniture, without a laundry service. However he, the restaurant was an added bonus with supplementary breakfast. Just good enough to stay for 1 to 2 nights.

Requested an easy access room/close to elevator. It definitely wasn't easy*disabled access. Beds are very hard. Sink didn’t want to drain and water barely warm even after running it 10 minutes straight...too cold to shower or wash with. Linens are rough and thin. Breakfast is very basic & won't meet dietary restrictions. No extras. Not a great deal @ $145 online.( $180+ taxes via hotel). It is clean.

I booked a couple of rooms at the Saskatoon Heritage Inn in mid December of 2025 for Jan 27, 2026 for one night. 3 people, one single room and one double room They quoted a price of $320.00 which I requested to include all charges, taxes, ect. Upon arrival the front desk clerk could not accept my master card because they increased the price to about $420.00 and change. Apparently they decided to have a damage deposit that I was not aware of. My card did not work because I have it only for the emergency use. I made arrangement to have that quoted credit on the card but since they decided they wanted a damage deposit, it did not work. My Brother in Law covered the cost. They would not take cash or Debit Card either. We are all senior and I was in for surgery at St. Paul Hospital the next morning. When I booked the rooms I asked for either ground level or the 2nd floor but they put us on the fourth floor and at the very end of the floor. I am disabled and there was absolutely no consideration for helping with our luggage. I have in my working career stayed here very often but it now appears this place is try hard to be exclusive for the convention crowd or some wealthy group. This will not happen when there are no paper and pen available, when you have to ask for the WiFi connection and then they asked us to park in the back outside knowing full well that I am disabled. When we checked out in the morning at 6:15 we only seen 3 other vehicles parked at the Inn. I will need to be back in the future for more treatments but I will never ever recommend this place or stay here again. Beware, this place is running on fumes of ignorance and stupidity. By the way, NEVER is a LONG LONG TIME.

Every thing was great until I wanted to charge my meal to the room. I was told that is not possible due to a system issue and would have to pay at the till. That’s fine, just had to go back to the room to get the wallet. ( kinda inconvenient). The food was fantastic, the room is great. It would be nice to be able to charge the meal to the room.

We are traveling to Mexico. We needed accommodations in Stoon on the way and when we returned. They have a great reception and price for your room and leaving ypur vehicle. The food was great, service from Irfam at the restaurant was very pleasant. Food cooked perfect. The stay included breakfast but we were leaving before we 7am, so they prepared sandwiches for us for pickup in the morning. It also included taxi fare to and from the Airport.

The entrance looks nice, but when you get to the halls it’s gross and dirty. Dirty rotten dishes have been left out spilled out in the hallway for days, all over the carpet. Zero sign of any housekeepers. Get into the room, it’s average. Except, the bathroom light hardly works, flickers like crazy so god forbid you’re an epileptic. The shower only spews cold water. Avoid this hotel if you have standards, i was betrayed by the OK reviews lol

I had a great experience at the heritage inn. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I want to give a special mention to the restaurant waiter, Sinan. He gave me outstanding service throughout my visit. I am new to Saskatoon and he even suggested some good places to visit during my trip. Really appreciated the warm hospitality.

Great staff, who were very passionate about their work. They assisted me and answered all my questions. I had also forgotten my phone charger and they borrowed me one for the duration of my stay. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was yummy 😋. Gym was amazing and clean. Location was perfect for me. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Keep up the great work and keep your awesome staff. 👌

Booked a premier room and it was exactly like the photo. Everything was clean, the tv worked the fridge was good. Linens, pillows and towels good quality. There are several layers of protective covers on the mattresses for those that are concerned about that. Rooms are on the smaller side and limited storage in bathroom. Clean fridge and microwave. Tiny coffee pot. Had the breakfast included rate and although basic selection the items were cooked fresh for the buffet by the chef and they would bring you regular toast. On quieter mornings the entire meal was cooked fresh. It is a good value for a 2 star hotel. A car is required for this hotel, there is nothing within walking distance.

Warmly welcomed, clean lobby. Room clean, including bathroom - no grime, no broken tiles, or baseboards- just great. Comfortable beds. Lots of outlet plugs, very reasonable rates. Hot breakfast is amazing, excellent service - paid $6.00 or so to upgrade room with breakfast for 3. Well worth it. Freshly made, restaurant style. Easy check out, cleaning staff working hard. Will 100% be back here...
