I had a really disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Mariam. From the start, her attitude felt cold and dismissive. She came across as rude and unprofessional, and I even noticed her speaking harshly to the front desk staff, which was uncomfortable to witness. What made the experience worse was how unprofessional the interaction felt overall. After our appointment, she openly spoke to another associate about how much commission she was about to make, which felt extremely disrespectful as a client. She also brought up another gym called Method during the appointment, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional while representing this gym. It gave the impression that the experience was more about sales and personal gain rather than genuine care for clients. Overall, the interaction felt uncomfortable and transactional. A gym should feel welcoming and respectful, and unfortunately this left a very negative impression.

BEWARE: Deceptive billing and aggressive cancellation tactics. My wife originally came here for a trial to see if it was a good fit. The staff was incredibly charming at first and talked her into signing up on day one. However, things quickly turned sour: Hidden Charges: They charged her credit card an extra $100 without her knowledge (which they later claimed was a "safety deposit"). Hostile Staff: After using the gym only twice, she realized it wasn't for her and tried to cancel. The previously "nice" staff completely flipped, becoming hostile, unreasonable, and demanding a cancellation penalty. Predatory Retaliation: When we refused to pay the absurd penalty and blocked them at our bank, they sent her to a collection agency, putting a claim on her credit report. Thankfully, we kept all our email communications. We successfully worked with the credit union to remove the fraudulent collection and disputed the $100 charge with our bank and got our money back. We survived their greed, but please save yourself the headache. Do not trust their initial friendliness, STAY FAR AWAY.

This may not be a late post, but I would still love to share a well deserved 5 star review. I want to give a big thank you to Emma from reception on January 20, who assisted me in returning my white gold earring 😄 Her honesty and kindness truly meant so much to me. This gym is not just a gym for me. It is a community that genuinely reflects how trustworthy and supportive the members and staff are. I feel safe here, not only because it is an all women gym, but because of the incredible community I belong to. Special mention as well to Emilia, who helped me transition from a month to month subscription to a yearly membership. I made that decision simply because I love it here. The ladies, the staff, and the overall environment make this place feel like a second home. Definitely a 5 star experience 🤍

I love this gym so much :') I am not a typical gym girly but I freaking love this place. I feel so comfortable and welcomed here. I usually feel really intimidated by gyms, but after a couple visits I started to actually look forward to my 'me time' in the mornings :) It is so clean, there are tons of equipment to choose from, and lots of really great classes to get involved in. No complaints from me!

I absolutely love this gym! It's been my go-to spot for over a decade, and it truly feels like my sanctuary. The fact that it's a women-only gym adds to my comfort level, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. I appreciate the sense of security it provides, allowing me to focus on my fitness goals. The staff at the front desk are wonderful and helpful. The classes are enjoyable, and the recent studio renovations with new equipment have elevated the overall experience. It's a fantastic place to start your fitness journey
