Christa was friendly, professional, and attentive for my appointment. I came in to treat myself for a birthday experience and Christa made my day. We worked together on a style and she executed it flawlessly. I am so happy with my cut and enjoyed my experience immensely. I would recommend for sure. Thank you Christa!!

I’ve been seeing Tha at Hedkandi 8th st for 8 years and she’s the best. I have thick curly hair and I’ve done everything from highlights, full colour, to now grey blending. She takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for and she always explains how to recreate her looks at home. Have never loved my hair as much as I do since seeing Tha! The salon itself is also beautiful and the team is great.

Nina is an amazing hair stylist. She toned my hair the prettiest red and cut it perfectly. She is funny, warm, inviting, bubbly, and very talented at what she does! The salon is beautiful as well, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming. I was nervous to do my hair because I’ve never coloured it before and she suggested so many options for me to try out without it being permanent. She eased my worries, and sent me a few red samples. I was so impressed by how much she knew and how beautiful she made my hair look. Everyone in my life loved it too! I will definitely be coming back to see her and so should you! She is the best:) !!!

Absolutely love my experience at Hedkandi. Baylee did my color and cut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really listened to what I wanted, explained the process clearly, and delivered a look that exceeded my expectations. The color is perfect, the cut is flattering and easy to style, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The salon atmosphere was welcoming and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend Hedkandi and Baylee to anyone looking for expert hair care and amazing results. Thank you Baylee for making me feel human again !

Tha did a balayage dye on my hair 3 years ago, it was my second time dying my hair. My hair was previously healthy. It started falling out in the sink. My hair became completely ruined, dry, straw like, and breaking off with every wash. It took years to regrow back to normal, as much of it broke off from the roots, leaving my previously healthy hair damaged and unrecognizable. I was still charged full price, and while Tha did offer one hair treatment afterward, nothing could have done to restore my hair other than letting it grow back. The experience was incredibly traumatic for me. I would recommend others to look for a different salon / stylist that cares about their hair health rather than just making money.
