Jaxon from Heartland helped me out big time back in December. He came within a few hours, was upfront about next steps for my furnace, and got the job done the next day. He was also responsive to my questions outside of the call, until he could return the next day to finish the job, which gave me peace of mind! Thanks so much! Great service, suggestions, install and support! Jaxon went above and beyond finding a part to keep an older furnace running. Followed up with me numerous times to ensure all was good. Amazing. Would highly recommend!

Jaxon arrived for my service request promptly on a Saturday, assessed the issue and gently let me know a leak was caused by a misplaced hose from the furnace humidifier (totally my fault!), all without making me feel like a total fool. No OT charge added to the very reasonable service call charge. I am grateful for the great customer service provided by Heartland Plumbing and will use them again in the future! Thanks Jaxon.

I wanted to thank Jaxon and Heartland Plumbing for fixing my new bathroom plumbing issue. After 2 failed attempts of replacing a 4 way valve in a bathtub replacement, he came in and quickly remedied my problem. Very reasonable price and we were very pleased with the outcome. He discussed what needed to be done. Gave a quote before beginning his work. Cleaned up after completion. I would highly recommend Heartland Plumbing and they are now my go to plumber for future plumbing fixes/jobs.
