I had a wonderful experience at Healthy Smiles! Dr. Chan and the entire team are incredibly professional, understanding, and accommodating. ​I was impressed by how gentle my treatment was. It was completely pain-free. I also love the little things like the blanket and the netflix while the procedure was on going. I felt comfortable and well-cared for. ​I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free dental visit!

What a pleasant experience! I typically don't even like going to the dentist, however, this visit was my first visit to Health Smiles and my view of future dental visits has changed. The reception area is bright and comfortable and the reception personal were very welcoming and pleasant. I was led into an examination room almost immediately after filling out my paperwork. Kaycee was bubbly, and cheery to talk to and made me feel quite relaxed as she did a scan of my teeth and prepared me for my exam. Dr. Chan and Christina soon entered and thoroughly explained the process and the the result of the scan. Dr. Chan proceeded to do exam of my teeth and explained the work that I would require. Dr. Chan and Christina were simply excellent. I highly recommend Healthy Smiles!

Dr Chan and Christine provided excellent service, this is the first time a dental appointment has been pain free and relaxed. They communicated every step they were doing and took their time to ensure I understood and was comfortable; it wasn’t rushed at all and I felt valued as a patient. If you’re anxious about seeing a dentist for any reason please book with this clinic, it will change your perception of what a dental experience was before and show you what it can be now.

My son actually looks forward to his dental cleanings, which says a lot! He loves going a little early to play the video games in the waiting area. His hygienist, Esite, is always so calm and patient. She does such a great job explaining everything in a way a seven-year-old can understand, while also keeping me informed and addressing any questions I have. The whole experience feels easy and positive every time. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Chan and his team are very welcoming and professional. They truly prioritize their clients’ comfort every step of the way. From booking the appointment to post-procedure care, Janna went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and exceptional. The clinic is top-notch too, I even got to binge-watch my favorite Netflix series during a two-hour procedure! After a year in Red Deer, I’m so glad to have finally found a reliable dental clinic.
