I have been a loyal client of Healing Touch in Red Deer bringing my mom and my kids for massages. I have always had positive experiences with the therapists. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. While it was only one interaction, it was serious enough to make me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable returning. I am sharing this feedback so management is aware, as even a single negative interaction at the front desk can impact long-standing client relationships. Because of this experience, I will be seeking services elsewhere.

Hello everyone today I booked a massage with them I booked my appointment for 60 minutes but I only got a massage for 50 minutes she did a great job but also I think they need to make sure that if somebody is paying for 60 minutes they have to do it for 60 minutes the therapist did a great job I am not denying that Also when she was doing my massage in between the massage she went outside for like 10 minutes so we can consider my massage for 40 minutes I don’t know what to say I have one star to give it to them but if I have an option I will not give any star. I want the manager to reach out to me

I came in with severe shoulder pain—hadn't been able to lift my arm for over a month. Justina worked with incredible dedication and didn't stop until I regained full movement. I've seen four different massage therapists here, and every single one has been amazing—each with their own style, from deeply therapeutic to wonderfully relaxing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, from the front desk to every staff member. Even my 12yo son had his first massage here and loved it so much he's asking to go back, especially during baseball season- thanks to Erwin! Highly recommend to anyone dealing with pain or just needing to relax. Truly a gem of a place.

Had my first Thai massage with Erwin at Healing Touch Massage & Wellness Clinic in Red Deer. The massage was amazing and really helped relieve the tension in my back and lower back. I left feeling relaxed and re-energized, and the clinic’s calming ambiance made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a student massage with Carol and her husband Reggie. They were both phenomenal massage therapists. We both said it was probably one of the best massages we have had and we’ve done many. Very thorough, perfect pressure, very attentive and sweet. They did an amazing job and for $45/hour, it is worth every penny! Definitely check them out.
