Welcoming, healing vibes when you enter the shop. Color ambience is so relaxing. I have had sessions with Colton, healer extrodanaire. Yoga with Amber, a gifted instructer, who teaches so many new mudras, mantras, aong with healing yoga moves, geared to her audience. Zen vibing. I've been seeing Colton for many years and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding massage. I've also done osteo and craniosacral with him and can confidently say it's no joke! The space is warm and welcoming and worth the visit.

Karin gave an excellent massage. She found all the sore spots, even the ones I did not know I had! She was able to give me a deep massage and was aware of when it was to uncomfortable for me. She was knowledgeable when I asked any questions about what she was doing, professional in her manner , welcoming and open to talking , if I wanted to. I will certainly book her again. The setting was also nice, quiet and soothing
