I got a haircut at hale salon today and I got it done by Dusty! My first time at this salon and everyone made me feel comfortable and I’m so happy with my new hair. Definitely coming back!

I spent $400 on my keratin hair smoothing treatment and it got washed off in a single hair wash and they took no accountability. If your willing to risk your money for a treatment go for this salon!

I followed Emily to this salon from Pandosy village.. While I'm not thrilled that I now have to drive and pay to park, it's important to stay with her. She does a great job with colour and cut (I have short hair), with no fuss and no drama.

Kimberly is an amazingly talented hair stylist. She took my hair from 1.5 years of box dyed dark brown to a beautiful medium warm brown without damaging my hair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Thanks Kimberly :)

I just had the most wonderful experience at Hale Hair Lounge. I just love my hair! I am a mom of two small children and hadn’t coloured my hair in 5 years. Originally, I went to another salon in town to have blonde highlights done, but came out with orange and green hair - I was crying for days and so devastated that after all these years of growing out my hair, it was now over processed and ruined. I was to be a maid of honour at my best friends wedding the coming weekend. A friend of mine told me that the same thing happened to her at the same salon where I had my terrible experience, and then recommend Lindsay as she fixed her hair. When I called Hale Hair the lady who answered was so kind and understanding when I shared my story. She called the owner Lindsay on her day off, and she called me back right away. When I told her the story she offered three different appointment times (on her days off!) to help fix my hair. I was so humbled that she was willing to take the time out for me even though she was fully booked. I arrived this morning and Lindsay and the staff were all so kind and inviting. I loved the atmosphere. Lindsay explained what she was doing the entire time and made me feel very comfortable. When I saw my hair at the end, I had happy tears just seeing how beautiful she had made my hair. I had finally had the blonde highlights I wanted for so many years!! I highly recommend Hale Hair Lounge, not only Lindsay, but her entire staff. Thank you all so much!
