"Terrible experience with HairClub! The service was abysmal , and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Despite repeated promises to contact me, I was met with complete radio silence. The Edmonton branch betrayed my trust, and when I tried to cancel my contract, they refused. To add insult to injury, they took money from a financial company , and I'm still paying for services I didn't receive. I've tried calling them multiple times, but they don't seem to care. It's clear they prioritize profits over people. Avoid HairClub at all costs – 1/10 would not recommend." "I am sharing my experience with Hair Club in the Edmonton branch. I felt misled by Hair Club's advertising and promotions, which weren't realistic. They didn't deliver on their promises. The customer service was poor, and it was difficult to cancel my contract. I haven't been able to get a refund since November 2024."

My name is Kody and I have been hoping to get a review out for a while now, Firstly, I apologize for how long this took to do lol Secondly the service has been nothing short of phenomenal, the people at Hairclub genuinely care about you AND your experiences, Angie’s teachings alone are helping me adjust my hairpiece myself.. on that note, don’t move 2hrs away if you have the choice.. Lastly, being a member of the armed forces, this whole situation has been challenging to say the least due to constantly having to wear some form of head dress.. but, Angie made it very easy and even went the extra lengths to ensure it would be able to endure a little more abuse than normal, also if you are in any of these professions, YES this is absolutely still an option for you. All in all, terrific and caring staff, and it’s been an incredible experience thus far. Thank you!

Disappointed by Misleading Promises and High Costs — Be Cautious I’m writing this review to help others make a more informed decision before committing to HairClub. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing due to what I believe were misleading sales tactics and a lack of transparency about the true cost and upkeep of their services. During my consultation, I was told the hair system would be a “permanent” solution. However, this turned out to mean the illusion of permanence through frequent and costly maintenance, not that the system itself lasts. In reality, each system lasts only 3 to 4 months, requiring constant replacements and appointments. What really caught me off guard was the price. I was not fully informed up front that the total yearly cost would reach around $5,000, including ongoing maintenance. In my opinion, this cost is simply unjustifiable for what you receive, especially when there are more affordable options on the market. To make matters worse, the customer service and management were not helpful when I raised concerns. Once you sign up, it seems like their focus shifts more toward keeping you in the system than genuinely helping you. My advice to anyone considering HairClub: • Do thorough research and ask specific questions about lifespan, total cost, and maintenance frequency. • Get everything in writing, especially claims about what’s included and how long the systems last. • Compare with competitors and don’t rush into a contract based on a sales pitch.
