I followed my stylist, Sabrina (highly recommended, by the way), here from another location and I haven't ever been disappointed. I'll be honest, I'm not one who enjoys the atmosphere of a fancier salon - those environments have always been met with pressured sales tactics, significantly higher prices, and poor customer service. Hair FX is not one of these places! If you're looking for a hair salon that's down to earth and comfortable, that provides personable, knowledgeable, reasonable and honest service, then this is the place for you! If you're lucky, you might even get to meet the owner's dog, Max - he's so darn cute!

If you are smart .. DON’T go here!! The owner does not know how to cut hair !!… I have noticed that my negative review that I had posted on here has been taken down. He proceeded to cut my hair with a razor to the point where I had to go and have extensions put in. He was also not accountable for his actions. I asked for blonde highlights. The colour was straw.

It was my best hair cut experience ever (and I'm no spring chicken). Having all things hair explained that was all new to me! And how to style my hair on my own. I have the best. It, it just falls into place!!

An amazing job was done coloring my hair, but the price came out to way more then expected or discussed. My hair dresser was friendly, professional and a good person to chat with. But I really wish we would've stayed within the discussed budget!
