Very friendly and knowledgeable about curl health and styling. Throughout the appointment I was told how to get the most out of curls. During the appointment I expressed not wanting to loose too much of my length and that I definitely did not want short hair, despite the pre-existing damage on my lengths, and explained personal reasons for this. I thought we had come to an agreement about where she would stop cutting but I was left with shoulder length hair. I also expressed that I did not want layers or face framing and was left with two harsh, super distinct layers (one at the level of my ears and one at the shoulders) and face framing pieces also at ear level. Definitely very knowledgeable of curls but you definitely need to be stern throughout the appointment if you want your personal wishes to be heard.

Best haircut ever! I have crazy thick, course and wavy hair and she cut it so I don't have a triangle head!
