The staff are always kind and welcoming. The gym is spacious and even if it's busy, it doesn't feel like it is.

As a gym, great and earlier this year I was amazing with the hours I could do. But several staff were proving themselves to be fake friends. The last nail in the coffin for destroying our friendship was termination of my membership even post forcing me to suffer 2 months of coercive supervision

From reading other reviews, im clearly not the first person to be scammed with their "cancellation" policy. You'd think a gym's business model would be to provide a good workout facility, which would make people want to workout there, and from memberships the gym can make money. Sadly, that just isn't the case here. They deliberately don't explain any of the 0.8 font fine print in their contracts specifically so they can make their money by scam charging you the second you go over your - completely unnanounced - paid date. Only once you have a balance owing do they tell you, but whoop look at that you can't cancel until that balance is paid, and it keeps accruing until you do. Whole thing is set up as a scam to get a debt on your account and keep increasing it without being able to cancel.

I had a very disappointing experience canceling my gym membership. The process took over a month and was unnecessarily complicated. This gym has ongoing issues and failing to process membership cancellations properly. Team members provided inconsistent information, requiring me to make multiple calls, each time receiving a different response. This was both time-consuming and financially frustrating. I strongly recommend improving your customer service and cancellation process to ensure a more transparent and efficient experience for members.

Amazing atmosphere and huge gym! They have a lot of options for exercise equipment! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I feel very comfortable in this place and everything is always clean and ready to use. ✌️🫶🏻🏋🏻‍♀️💪🏻
