Very disappointed with this gym’s practices. They advertise a 14-day free trial, but I was still charged during that period, which completely defeats the purpose of a “free” trial. When I reached out for clarification, there was no willingness to resolve the issue. What made this even worse is the lack of empathy. Even after explaining that I was involved in an accident and couldn’t attend, they showed zero consideration. Instead of working toward a fair solution, the focus was only on collecting payment. Misleading advertising and poor customer service. If you value transparency and basic human understanding, I would think twice before signing up here.

had a great experience joining Movement North Hill ! Jessie at the front desk was so helpful. When I called, she spoke slowly and explained everything about the gym very clearly. The gym also has a great vibe. Highly recommend!"

I’ve been coming to this gym for a long time and love it. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, the staff are great, management (Jesse) is great and always willing to help. It’s a great place to workout.

This would be the worst review ever in my life.. I cant stress this enough. This gym is the worst gym I’ve ever gone to. The staff don’t want to be there and it feels like an inconvenience to ask them any sort of questions. Management is extremely messy. Unnecessary charges are pulled from multiple members accounts… My friend is also dealing with this..THIS GYM SHOULD BE CANCELLED.. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES HERE DON’T EVEN CARE UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO THEM!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Y’ALL TO NOT GO HERE.. PLS DONT!!

A very special thank you to Jessie for hiring the right people,Also Aaliyah for caring about the people who want to reach there goal. Now this one is tough but im gonna try my best to say it a super special thank you to Mr Austin for the most amazing and wonderful sense of humour plus the energy, passion, enthusiasm, motivation, caring, excitement, he brings to the place. I was going to cancel my membership today but i was asked to go and see him before doing so , let me just say that Dr Phil is nothing compared to Mr Austin 15mint chat with him turning canceling in to staying. Once again thank you to Jessie for hiring right people in this gym . Absolute fantastic gym with amazing staff who are caring kind and super helpful and supportive and super professional. Also shout to Paige the receptionist super sweet with the most beautiful smile:)
