Do NOT overlook the multiple negative reviews of this company. Poor and inconsistent communication, and scope of work misinformation, led to a final invoice of three times the initial estimate. I recently hired them to do some emergency water extraction from my flooded basement and while the technical crew who performed the work, were fine, as was the quality of the work, the lack of direct and clear communication from the office staff is extremely poor and unacceptable. There are way better companies out there who will respond just as quickly in emergency situations, with more professionalism and far less misunderstanding.

The GTA Restoration team was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They explained the mold issue clearly, answered all our questions, and handled the remediation with great care and efficiency. The work was done on time and with minimal disruption. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with mold problems and looking for a reliable restoration company.
