Dana was amazing with my pup cutting her nails for her first time at the groomer along with the young lady that was there as well that bathed her. 10/10 recommend and will be going back!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Groomer Has It and the incredible Dana! 💗She’s been grooming my anxious pups for years, and I truly couldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies. Dana is not only talented but so kind and patient - she takes the time to make my pups feel safe and loved. You can tell she genuinely cares!

We took our Furkid, Freya for a Spa appointment at Groomer Has It this morning. We were a little apprehensive dropping her off as she is a rescue with trust issues. An hour later, we returned to find Miss Freya patiently waiting for us. She had the Ladies wrapped around her Paws. Bathed, dried, nails and teeth done, she looked marvelous! We will definitely be returning with Freya in the future. They support our favorite rescue, Pets Purpose here so that's an additional bonus. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

Do not come here for their cat services. I asked for a lion cut and they failed to tell me that a wash was nessecary for the cut, so as a result my cat was there for an extra hour to be washed and cut after I first rejected the wash, thinking it wasn't needed and nobody told be they wouldnt be doing the cut in that case. Moreover they don't dry your pets properly, my cat was still damp when we left. I arrived at 11am on time for the appointment and got my cat back at 1pm, she was there with loud, yapping dogs and two kids in the main lobby area. Two hours of stress when it should've been explained that the bath was needed. I will not be returning, find somewhere better than this place for both your cats and dogs.

I'm not trying to bash the groomer here at all by any means but I was not very satisfied when I took my dog here. Ofcourse I didn't look him over too much when I picked him up because I wanted to get him out asap as he was stressed out, but that's because I'm usually the one that grooms him. I'm very picky but I really didn't know I'm supposed to let the groomer know what I prefer, as she said what she was going to do, which was a bath, a deshedding and having his teeth, nails and ears done; and I was fine with that. I had asked how long the deshedding is supposed to last and was told up to 3 months, depending on the dog and allergies etc. I noticed when I had got my dog home that he was still shedding and to the day he is still shedding - it's been 6 days since he was groomed. I checked his nails and his ears and neither were cleaned nor cut. The backs of his legs were shaved poorly and for some reason the groomer shaved some of his tail which I don't know why but it is noticeably uneven. My dog also had a small matt under his ear that was not touched and I had to cut it off with scissors. All in all, for the price of the grooming, and the poor job done on my dog, I will not recommend this groomer to anybody, but it could have been a bad day, this I'm not sure of, I know she is recommended a lot on social media but I'm just one person who is picky on how my dog is groomed so I will not be taking him back. Service was good I will admit though. Note the shedding pictures is only from petting my dog for a minute or two, he leaves more when he scratches or is brushed but I don't have any pictures from that, as it's just to show that the deshedding did not work.
