I've used Gravity consistently for a couple years, they are customer service orientated. They (Gravity Plumbing) typically provide quotes ahead of time, they explain the fault and the work. They take really good notes for invoicing. They also take pictures of areas that are inaccessible. The company provides a good job at a reasonable price, and they show up within the time that they estimated.
