We had such an amazing experience with Dr. Emily at Granville Veterinary! We recently adopted our dog from Korea, and she is very skittish and likely has some PTSD. I was extremely nervous about having to sedate her for the first time, especially given her anxiety. Dr. Emily was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. She and her staff took the time to explain everything clearly, including that the sedation medication could be reversed. Knowing that made me feel so much more comfortable. They reassured me that sedation would actually make the experience far less stressful for my dog, allowing her dew claw to be trimmed properly, her vaccines updated, and a full check-up completed without fear or struggle. What truly meant the most to me was that this was the first vet clinic that allowed me to stay with my dog during sedation and even be there right before she woke up so I would be the first thing she saw. That level of compassion and consideration made such a difference. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring, professional clinic so close to home — and the pricing is very reasonable as well. Highly recommend Dr. Emily and her team!

TOP NOTCH - EXTRAORDINARY service. I highly recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone. My dog and I have had two interactions with this veterinary clinic for my young dog’s surgery. The first appointment was for a second opinion and the second one for his amputation surgery. As soon as I was recommended Dr. A, I booked an appointment with her. She was able to fit me in promptly to her busy schedule for the surgery.I have nothing but remarkable things to say about her. She is so wonderful and thorough at what she does. She took her time to explain things thoroughly to me. I asked a lot of questions and her patience meant the world. I am so happy I followed my heart and went with her to do this surgery. The teams efforts went above and beyond my expectations and even did a nail trim for my pup. Also have to mention the cute little touch with the dog sticker that looked like my dog went a long way! A BIG Kudos to you and your team for the amazing work you put into all of these wonderful animals. It is because of you and the team my dog had an easy-peezy surgery. Thank you, and thank you again over 1 million times. Forever grateful for your team! This clinic deserves a 12/10 for service.

The team at Granville Vet Clinic is fantastic. I started taking my cat there recently and they were all great with her (even when she wasn’t feeling well and was grumpy by the end of her appointment!). I’m really happy they are right in my neighbourhood area and I look forward to continuing to work with them to support all my Zoey cat’s needs! This vet clinic makes you feel like FAMILY. Everyone there is so nice and caring, they know your pets by name and all of their siblings. We recently had to say goodbye to our 2 senior dogs and they made us feel at ease, had a quiet room to be with them when they passed, and wrote a personalized card signed by all staff. Little things like this and always being so welcoming when we visit makes the world of difference and keeps us coming back!

Amazing service and vet. I didn’t know the severity of my dogs condition as we were in a burning house and they urged me to get him seen right away which I appreciated them telling me. I think her name was Jacklyn but she was amazing at working in my budget, letting me call her a few times to work things out and got him in right away. Vet was great and gave my dog meds to help prevent symptoms that may occur due to the smoke inhalation. Thank you so much!
