I visited Dr. Cyrus Ali Akbari, and I had a very positive experience. He is kind, professional, and highly skilled. The quality of his work is excellent, and he pays great attention to detail. The procedures were completely painless. So far, he has treated two of my teeth, and I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly dentist.

I came here during lockdown because they were the only ones opened. Over the years, it started to go downhill. 2023-while getting fillings done, the dentist was short tempered with the assistant (not the only time), who was actually doing a nice job. 2024- the front desk person did not know what they were doing. She tried double charging me, and asking me to pay $600 out of pocket. She charged my insurance, and tried to charge me a second time "without knowing it" And also for X-rays, I got told I was fully covered, and then after everything was over, they told me I owed $90 for one of the x-rays. And I said, but you told me I was fully covered, and they kept saying "no we told you one was only partially covered" but no one ever did. When I raised a concern, the main dentist guy cancelled all of my appointments for the year, and told me to come back next year. And I did. I did a check up, and he kept telling me I need fillings, and a crown on the back. He was so concerned for the back, and kept telling me over and over I need a crown. When it came to get a crown, he did a rush job and said "Oh, I just did a filling. it -might- last. If it doesn't, then we will do a crown" It's really suspicious, like the filling was set up to fail, and to add MORE work. And on my way out, he said "Oh, you need to get fitted for a nightguard" and I said I had one. He said "You need to replace it every 2 years" aka I need to apparently replace it every time my benefits reset. They have gone down hill. They will do unnecessary work on you, and try to make it so there's always additional work. I'm switching dentists this year. I am very uncomfortable with them. Aggro dentists, untrained front desk people, poor treatment of assistants. Yeah. GG

I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Mohamed hariri and the wonderful staff at Granville station dental who welcomed me the moment I walked in. From start to finish the environment felt warm and welcoming. Dr. Mohamed truly went above and beyond. He took the time to understand my needs answered all my questions with patience and genuinely put me at ease. His no pain fillings are amazing. I felt comfortable and cared for under his care throughout the entire process. Dr. Mohamed I hope you see this because if it wasn’t for you I don’t think I would have come back for my second appointment. You made me feel at ease and you made sure my comfort was your number 1 priority. I am grateful for his kindness, skills, and professionalism. If anyone has bad dental anxiety like me I highly recommend Dr. Mohamed hariri. Thank you Dr Mohamed and the staff at Granville station dental.

I had a tooth extraction yesterday, on February 4th. Dr. Aliakbari was highly experienced and skillful, and everyone at the reception desk was very kind. Although I was nervous about the procedure, it went smoothly, and I have no pain or swelling the next day.

I have dental cleanings every 3–4 months and have been doing so for many years in more than 15 countries, so I feel confident saying this was the worst experience of my life. It felt like the clinic was using technology from the 15th century — literally scraping my teeth with a metal instrument instead of modern methods like Airflow or similar gentle techniques. I genuinely cannot understand how this is still possible or acceptable today. On top of that, my cheek was swollen for the entire evening, apparently from being unnecessarily injured during the procedure.
