I recently visited this car wash and was disappointed with the service. The attendant was not welcoming and came across as quite arrogant. After using the wash, a few crushed cookie pieces fell onto the floor. I assumed they would go into the drain pit, but the attendant insisted that I sweep them myself, which felt unnecessary. I also noticed that garbage cans were not placed close to every bay. Instead, they were only available near the entrance of the car wash, which is a bit inconvenient compared to other car wash locations where bins are easily accessible at each bay. We also started using the brush after applying soap from their sprayer—again, something I’m paying for—but then I was told I needed to pay extra for the “bubble” option. The attitude and lack of customer service made the experience unpleasant. Because of this, I won’t be returning.

I will never return to this car wash due to the extremely poor customer service. After washing my car, I stayed a few extra minutes to wipe down and clean the inside. An Asian lady staff member approached me and told me to leave because I had been there more than five minutes after washing. She said they needed the spot for other cars. However, there were no cars waiting outside, and there was still one empty spot available inside when I left. We were not planning to stay long, we were simply finishing up wiping the car. Additionally, an Asian male staff member told me to stop using the brush while my husband was rinsing the car, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when there is no actual wait or inconvenience being caused. The staff’s attitude was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Very disappointing experience. I will not be coming back.

Not only a great car wash but the folks working were fantastic today. Both offered me quick help when I encountered a couple issues including giving me a boost when my truck's battery decided to quit. Thanks again to the folks at Gopher Car Wash, I'll be back again!!

Wow! Just wow it feels like I found gold. Went there for the first time after trying several other places (found them on Reddit) and my car looks brand new and on top that, the service was really great. I’d be recommending this one o my friends.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews about Gopher Car Wash on Park Street. I did not have that experience. I took my vehicle to have it detailed. I dropped it off Friday afternoon. They took it inside and began with cleaning the flooring. They kept it inside overnight to make sure it was dry and then Saturday morning they detailed the rest of the inside. They also washed the outside and did the rims and tires. My car looks brand new. I was extremely happy with the results. They were very kind and answered all my questions and did exactly what they said they would do. Very happy.
