A solid commercial gym overall. It’s usually busy no matter what time you go, but there’s enough equipment that you rarely end up waiting long for anything. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Rhonika (apologies if I’m spelling that wrong)! The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the massive amount of paper waste generated from wiping down equipment. Many gyms now use reusable cloths, which drastically cuts down on paper towel use. I’d genuinely love to know how many thousands of tons of waste could be avoided if this gym switched to a more sustainable, reusable system.

Smallest womens only section ever, you're basically on top of each other trying to workout and god forbid someone hop on a call or FaceTime, you're now included. Always always always someone sitting on the machines just chatting away, which considering most high school gyms are better equipped than this womens section, means you're probably not getting a full workout in

I enjoy this location. It’s got all the basics plus a very hot sauna . it’s generally clean and the staff is helpful. A lot of people in there don’t wear deodorant & that’s is my only legit complaint about this location 😂

I come to this location frequently and always have a wonderful experience. The gym is very clean, well organized and has a variety of machines to use as well as a clean quality sauna. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help you with anything you need.

Visit this gym fairly frequently. Very knowledgeable staff and clean everywhere. Machines are kept in pristine condition and plenty of room for people to workout in their own area.
