I tried GoodLife Fitness for a while, but honestly, it didn’t work out for me. The equipment was often dirty and looked kind of gross, which made working out less enjoyable. Eventually, I decided to switch to another gym — and cancelling my membership was an absolute nightmare. Not the smooth experience I expected, unfortunately.

The place is very dirty. Please clean it up. The men's change room is gross. There's debris in there that I noticed over a week ago. Abandoned shoes and water bottles, toilet paper on the floor. Gravel, dirt from outdoor shoes, and hairs all over the stretch mats. Same with the Turf Zone. It sure could use a vacuuming. This is one of the dirtiest locations I've seen. Please clean it up. If it's in the same condition in a week from now, I'm going to start posting pictures.

Being new to the gym world I had low expectations when I signed up. I am glad I did....I felt no pressure from any if the staff I met and worked with. At 59 and never having been in a gym, I got a trainer - Ivan to start. He gave me a good base for using the eqipment. I was assigned another trainer shortly after and Bella made a world of difference for me. She was so aware of my limitations (I have a shoulder issue) and made the workouts reflect care with it. She made the gym so comfortable and I thank her and the staff I have dealt with so much. Highly recomend this location!

Incredible gym, best gym I've been to in years! Keisha, Kyle, Shayla were very warm and welcoming, welcoming me with open arms like family. This gym is excellent for beginners all the way to seasoned athletes meeting all of your gym needs. If I lived in Canada, this would be my gym.
