I love a walk in salon. Especially in a downtown area. Went in for a big chop, loved chatting with my stylist and left feeling cute.

Explaining properly about the haircut and price would have done a better job. Increasing price from $30 to $110 is insane. I didn't like the customer service either- the hairstylist had a rude behaviour. I agree blow dry and hair wash is separate but the price for the haircut- the way she increased it is unacceptable. I didn't expect it. If you don't want to provide service, please say no directly to the customer. Went their first time, no discount was given as mentioned on their website- doesn't matter anyway. I don't like writing google reviews but this behaviour made me to write. My review may help you improve your service.

If you’re looking for high-quality results, look no further. Nikita is a true professional and an artist! She paid so much attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. My hair/skin has never looked better. 10/10 experience!

I had a great experience at Good Look Salon. Nikita listened to me very well and understood exactly what I wanted for my eyebrows. She was very friendly, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend this salon. 💕
