Goliath high performance training is fantastic. I’ve been lucky enough to train regularly with Julia since June 2024 she supportive adaptive And great at evaluation and providing exercises that are really helping you make great gains with your fitness. She’s concerned about form, great at coaching and always helpful. It’s a fantastic atmosphere to train in other trainers. Such as Logan are supportive. You get cheers when you achieve goals, PB, and just a general all around positive supportive environment! If you are looking for a place to train, I cannot recommend them enough! It is a place I always look forward to going to and challenging myself!

I’ve been training with Goliath for 4 years now, and i’ve only had great experiences! Logan and Julia are super fun and experienced trainers, so you know you are getting proper exercises for your sport/health goals. The community in the gym is awesome - super friendly and always helpful. I’ve been lucky to be able to train with Logan for around 2 years now, and I look forward to our sessions every week. I can’t say enough great things about this gym and Logan & Julia they are a great team! Every session is fun, challenging, and super motivating. The workouts are always different, so I never get bored, and I’ve seen real progress in both strength and confidence. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming — everyone cheers each other on. Logan knows exactly how to push me just the right amount while keeping things upbeat and encouraging. If you’re looking for a place where fitness feels enjoyable (and not a chore), this is it! 💪😄

I have been training with Goliath with Logan for coming up on three years, and I have had nothing but positive experiences and quick results. My personalized program that targets my sport goals has helped me to reach above and beyond to the next level, as well as the support and positivity of the community. I have improved in areas of strength, agility, and overall athleticism which have given me more confidence and have led me to become a better volleyball player!
