I’ve had an exceptional experience at Global Fitness! The equipment is top-notch. The community vibe is encouraging and motivating, making it a great place to achieve personal goals. Been there only twice, but what amazes me is their friendly staff especially their cleaner Rubel who goes above and beyond to ensure the gym is spotless. I’m impressed by how fresh the equipment and facilities feel. It really makes a difference in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for everyone. You’ve got a gem in Rubel, he’s so warm, polite, full of energy, & always smiling! Overall, I highly recommend Global Fitness for anyone looking to kickstart their fitness journey or improve their current routine. I will surely come back!

You will never find a gym that has more to offer than this one. The staff and trainers are incredible, the variety of fitness classes, the yoga studio is beautiful, the spin studio very well outfitted, not to mention squash, tennis and pickleball. Glad that the redevelopment of this area will not be happening for quite a while - we have been members for over 15 years!

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the staff at Global Fitness Kelowna. During one of the most challenging healing journeys of my life, this gym became far more than a place to work out—it became a sanctuary. Throughout my rehabilitation and recovery, every staff member was kind, welcoming, and supportive. The environment is positive, encouraging, and grounded in respect. Global Fitness provided me with a safe and empowering place to rebuild my strength—physically, mentally, and spiritually. This gym truly helped me “sculpt my temple” and reclaim parts of myself that I thought were lost forever. The kindness, professionalism, and atmosphere here made a real impact on my healing journey. Thank you to everyone at Global Fitness Kelowna for being such a huge part of my recovery and renewal.

I love that there is a gym class going on anytime I need it. Just knowing that there are 6 AM classes well sometimes get me out of bed nice and get my day started. Sometimes it is the reason I get up! I have had a gym membership at Global for over 20 years. You know it has to be a great place to keep people coming here for that long. Staff Her so friendly and welcoming, and the instructors really know their stuff. Global truly hires the best! I love the extra amenities that the gym offers like the sauna in the ladies change room. The gym is clean and has everything I need. I might even try to get back into Pickleball and tennis! Thank you so much for everything you guys do.

The feel of this gym isn't like any others I've joined. Not only are there tons of free weights, isolation machines and mirrors, there's lots of room for stretching and different classes to join! Highly recommended when it comes to Kelowna gyms.
