One year follow up since i got a keratin treatment here: I forgot who did my hair, but she was nice in general. The service I received was not worth the price. I left the salon with my hair feeling brittle, dry, I couldn't run my fingers through it. I thought it would get better once I waited 2 days and washed it. Well it didn't get better. To date my hair has been constantly snapping and breaking, it is dry and i have to put a lot of products on to keep it manageable. It was frustrating for me as I bleached my hair before, shaved my head and grew them out for months, just for my new growth to get absolutely annihilated.

I’m so happy with my hair! My stylist Janet was so funny and vibrant. She was beautiful and she made me feel beautiful too. I had a keratin treatment done and my hair feels so soft and healthy. I love my hair today and it was just what I neeeded. I will go again!

This is a review for Pam. I went to Pam at the advice of a friend. The first haircut wasn’t so bad I came back for a second haircut two months later and and a root touchup. I specifically told her the same as the first time that I want to put in dark roots and recolour throughout to make lowlights to darken the rest of the hair because I don’t like the red and it fades overtime. She literally dyed my hair red. My roots are red. My hair is red. I will be filing a complaint and disputing the cost on my credit card. And am prepared to take this to small claims court for damages to my professional campaign. How nasty and hostile do a person have to be to do something like this to someone?

It's pretty rare that I give a business a five star, but this little gem in the heart of Victoria deserves every one of them. I was fortunate enough to get a last-minute cancellation which is quite rare with senior stylist June. She is a fantastic communicator, who used to teach and it definitely shows. She was able to give me a great assessment, understand what I wanted, was very clear on pricing, timing and options. And she and the rest of the staff were all incredible. This felt like a hair appointment I'd had many years ago when the customer was the focus as opposed to the money or using customers as guinea pigs for Instagram accounts. Been there on both counts unfortunately. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and humor, immediately made at ease. Offered a beverage and told where the washroom was, she even brought me some magazines while I was waiting. And I know this may seem like a no-brainer, but trust me the last four salons I've visited this attention to detail was lacking. June is an expert stylist, she did a fantastic job with my hair, I got highlights and a partial color correction and it came out beautifully. It came out exactly how I have wanted for years, but that the last four places I've been to did not replicate. The salon is clean and modern, the stylists are talented and also aware of their timing, aware of their clients and doing all of that was a good nature and ability to obviously handle stress. I'm very fussy and clear about what I want and I got exactly that. All with a smile and great conversation. I will be back and thank you to everybody!
