Nice facility with plenty of activities for families. Good parking and convenient location. It can get busy at times, but overall, it's a very positive experience.

You can't beat the monthly price point. Having gym and swim access is great and the gym is great. I never feel out of place and everything is always in good working order. The only thing that could make it better is to either bring back the evening water workouts or lane swim.

I live swimming and the workout area but I am really really wary of the staff being the only minority at times I am constantly monitored or excessively looked at which adds to my stress. I alot feel stressed I hate going but I love the benefits of exercise I wish they would realize there are other nations of people in the world not just Canadian Caucasian people. We all deserve safe shared space not to be insidiously treated like I am less than it's like a mean girl high school vibe ✌️ time to grow up and glow up it's 2025 racism & microaggression is so outdated

My family and I recently moved to Red Deer and purchased a family membership for the city’s recreation centre network. I was mainly interested in the gym, and it’s fantastic — very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a great workout. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. We’re really happy with our choice!

This facility is really great. Family friendly with many youth inclusive areas and programs. I was impressed with the wheelchair accessible equipment available as well.
