Today...we had Simon come out to my dads house. The first visit was the basement cuz the washing machine leaked. Got it all cleaned up. But today....Simon came to clean my dads bedroom carpet. There was stains.....I was worried they wouldn't come out. Holy......not only did Simon got ALL the stains out.....the carpet looks BRAND NEW!!! I did take "before" & "after" pics I am extremely impressed!!!. I highly recommend to call "Gentle steam". Excellent job Simon!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!

We’ve rented from here multiple times. All times customer service was exceptional. We were accommodated on short notice and given advice on which floor cleaning machine would best suit our needs. They return calls quickly and follow up. As a small business this is invaluable. When our business grew to the point to require it, this was the first business we considered to purchase our floor cleaning machine. 10/10 would recommend.

I was travelling through Alberta and had picked up a display rug from a furniture store. They were able to squeeze the cleaning in that worked great for my travel plans. When I got home and set it out, I was extremely happy with the level of clean and how it looked as good as new.
