We have been taking our vehicles there for a few years now. We've been pretty happy with them. Its easy enough to get an appointment and they have a complimentary shuttle that clients can use if needed. Today, I took my car without an appointment 2 hours before they closed because it was making a weird noise. Chase who is always at the front desk told me he'll do his best to at least have someone look at it the same day but he'd probably work on it on Monday if it requires lots of work or parts because they were fully booked and it was almost end of business day. I explained that it is very important for me to have the car this weekend and he seemed to understand, without being able to promise anything. Long story short, he called me not even 2 hours later to tell me they figured it out and fixed it and it was ready for pickup-parts wrre not needed. I was impressed that he managed to squeeze us in on a Friday afternoon right before closing, and he did his best, just like he promised! Within 2 hours I had a fully functional car again and this to me is proof that they take really cool care of their customers. I am happy that we found them when we moved to St. Albert!

Overcharged and misdiagnosed! Do not recommend this place. Chase wouldn't even let us speak to the manager. Stay away! They deleted all their reviews.
