Clean gym, great facility. Excellent help at front desk and cheap drop in at $10. I was there at 9am wasnt busy at all. Showers were clean and lots of water stations. I liked the system of having your own spray bottle and rag to clean equipment.

A great facility! We hosted our Care to Humanity today with the INC, Iglesia ni Cristo! Celebrating 50 years in Canada. A clean, spacious arena, with a border paving running track, weights, Fas Gas - on the run gymnasium, performance fitness zone, Squash courts, teaching and learning spaces. There is a Collegiate Sports Medicine’s on-site satellite clinic that provides therapy services and food service option. A fantastic place to burn some calories and meet great people. 👍
