I had a great experience at Dr. Gallant’s office. I arrived early for my appointment and was taken in right away. I had some dental work done first, which went really well and the best part was that everything was covered by my insurance. After that, they were able to fit me in for a cleaning, which I really appreciated. Dr. Gallant was very kind and caring throughout the entire visit. I was really anxious before coming in, but being able to watch my favorite show with headphones helped me stay calm and comfortable. The hygienist was gentle and kind, and Dr. Gallant’s assistant was professional and supportive. Everyone at the office made me feel at ease. My teeth look so much better now, and I’m really happy with the care I received. I’m glad I faced my anxiety and ended up having such a positive appointment!

For years my partner & I have been going to this Dentist. The care was overall ok. Not great. A lot of inappropriate chatting goes on about their personal lives when you are confined to the chair and that got really annoying at times. Don't really care to hear about all your lavish trips you take. And gentle they are NOT! The last two check ups I scheduled were cancelled. The first one I was given 15 min notice. The second time it happened I was sent a strange text message the night before at 7pm. I have to take time off work and it is very challenging to get the time off as it is. I can't have my own Dentist continuing to treat me like this. Their standards have sadly depleted significantly over the years and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff and Dr Gallant are amazing. They are always professional and informative. Dr gallant herself is very caring and professional dentist. She goes the extra mile to insure that you are comfortable. Always calls or text the following day after any major procedure to check in and make sure that you are doing alright even if it’s the weekend or a stat holiday.

The dentist is usually an intimidating experience for me and Gallant Dentistry team relieves a lot of that tension. The office ladies are friendly, polite, accomodating and patient with me. Each hygienist I’ve seen is friendly, efficient and kind. Dr Gallant has wonderful bedside manner. A great experience for someone who usually feels anxious in these appointments. I have been going here for 2.5 years now. Great service each and every time. I actually go to the dentist regularly now which is a huge improvement for my oral health. This is because of the service they provide including rebooking me and their reminder communications. Highly recommend.
