I placed an order on August 4, 2025 (order #8972717394), and to this day it has not been shipped. The tracking number only shows “Electronic information submitted by shipper”, which means the package was never handed over to Canada Post. I already contacted the store last week but received no reply. I hope to hear back soon so my case can be resolved.
