What an amazing experience. As a first timer, I was nervous. But my esthetician, Kylie, was so very impressive. She has great patient care, explains everything, coaches you through it. She’s a natural caregiver, you can tell. I’m excited to have my next visit in a month! Great ambience, and very clean. Front staff are also very friendly and thoughtful and welcoming. I would give this place 6 stars if that were possible. Thank you!

I’m very disappointed. I wanted to surprise my husband with a gift card for this place, but the two ladies at the front desk seemed completely lost and extremely unwelcoming to clients. Both were very unprofessional. They told me they couldn’t sell me a gift card without creating a file or account for my husband, which I understand. However, when I gave them his phone number, first name, and last name, they couldn’t find him anywhere in the system. It was such a time-consuming waste—why make me do everything twice? My husband has been here before, received treatment, and even completed a waiver form. Anyway, having to wait so long without being properly served as a client is unacceptable. Very disappointed!”

I’ve been coming here since 2022, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The ladies here are all so nice, friendly, and welcoming — every visit is always fantastic. I highly recommend Kylie and Demi. They are both lovely, friendly, and amazing at waxing. They always make you feel comfortable, and we always have such good conversations, which makes the experience even better. I also want to recommend Lauren — she is absolutely great. She’s away at the moment, but once she’s back, I definitely suggest booking with her as well, along with Kylie and Demi. Such a wonderful waxing salon with an amazing team. Highly recommend!

Great first time waxing experience! From the pleasant greeting upon walking in to the professional and thorough service in the cabin with Madison, everything was handled professionally and with care. Highly recommend, waaay less painful than what I anticipated and so worth it!
