John Josar, of Freeze Maxwell, the lead man in charge of our roof repair, is well informed about roofing problems. Our recently redone flat roof was not done correctly. He was able to identify correct it. He is supportive and endured my constant inquires. His team, like himself, was timely and courteous. He far exceeded any of the many construction crew I have worked with in the past. His honestly, integrity and knowledge rates 5 stars with me. I will not consider anyother company to deal with in my future builds. Thank you John and crew members

This was an amazingly well job done. I work for a commercial property and called John for a roof leak in a restaurant. I needed help and John was most co operative and got a service tech out in record time(in my opinion as the rain was prolific). Miki was the techs name and I would like to say he was above and beyond in service. It was still raining when he went on the roof and found the leak and repaired it quickly. The Restaurant opened the area up for customers, and were very grateful as there was a line up at the door! Then he took the time and found multiple other things that also could be problems in the future. eg. Some flashing had failed, fixed. Another contractor had been up there a couple days before, and around their job area was 6 possible cuts in the roofing, patched. And a couple of other problems that he found and quickly fixed. Miki called me when the job was done and he was very professional and very nice on the phone. I cannot be happier with the quality of service offered and you will be happy when you call for service. I just found out they do residential as well.

I have used Freeze Maxwell Roofing many, many times over the years! Their pricing always beat the others! If you need roofing done then Freeze should be your go to! John Josar will look after you no problem as he is an expert in his field! Also Pat Murphy the owner is a great kind hearted person! You won't go wrong with Freeze Maxwell!

We used Freeze Maxwell to install a shed roof to our new home about 6 years ago. Over the past few years we noticed water entering the home. Freeze Maxwell was highly responsive in identifying and conducting water tests to analyse the issue.They did this work under their warranty and we were very impressed by their response time, their problem solving, and their professionalism. After significant time and effort they identified the issue as a window problem rather than a roof problem.
