A beautiful and clean yoga space! The teachers (especially Masa and Ricky) are AWESOME! Great for all levels, but gives the opportunity for growth in your practice!

I would highly recommend Flo N Glo to anyone. They offer a wide variety of classes where you can always learn something new. The social environment of the studio really stood out to me , with the staff being very inclusive and inviting and the studio guests supporting each other. I have attended over 20 yoga studios around North America and Flo n Glo is one of the best I've ever visited.

I love the classes here! I tried hot yoga for the first time and it was fantastic. The team here is so welcoming. They offer a variety of classes for all levels. I love that this is a local Edmonton business, and I can’t wait to try more classes.

I have been attending Flo n Glo studio for a couple months now and I absolutely love it! I have very minimal yoga experience, so I attended a Yoga Basics class where I was taught everything I needed to know to be successful. I do hot yoga classes now and it is amazing! Masa and the other instructors I have had classes with are very vocal with their instructions, they offer variety in poses for different abilities, and provide corrections when needed. The studio itself is so clean and such a positive space, and the amazing tea they offer is the perfect conclusion to any yoga session! I can't recommend this studio enough!

I took a hot mat Pilates class with Vanessa and absolutely loved it. Her teaching style was so confident, it really felt like she knew exactly what she was doing. The studio itself is gorgeous, and the warm, humid room added to the whole experience in the best way. And the cold towels at the end was a lovely touch. Overall, it was such a great class!
