They explained the repairs, the quote, and updated me frequently either by phone or email. It was a great experience in a typically stressful situation.

Had my car repaired at Fix auto for a recent accident. I've used them in the past and have always had an excellent experience. The service is fast and efficient, everyone is really knowledgeable. When I picked my car up it looked amazing, they had cleaned it and it's never looked better, you can't even tell the accident happened. I also liked their daily update emails, and it was done 3 days faster than estimated. Would definitely recommend.

FIX Auto did an amazing job repairing the man door on my RV. Staff were awesome from the time of the estimate through to completion of the repairs. They were professional, thorough and respectful to our needs. The final outcome of the repairs was exceptional.

Truck was brought in to repair dent/scrape in the box side. While it was in the shop I had fender flares, mudflaps and running boards installed with the flares being colour matched. Also repaired gravel rash in front of rear wheel wells, and rock chips and hood. Very happy with all finished product. The work completed in a timely manner. Special things to Blake for communication and organization of the project.

I recently moved to Alberta from BC and had a claim for a front bumper hit. I initially went to a Fix Auto location in Surrey, BC, and they completely botched the job on our Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Less than two weeks after the repair, the paint started peeling off the front bumper because the shop didn’t use adhesion promoter. When I got to Alberta, I took the car to Fix Auto Red Deer South, the closest location to me, and I wish the original claim had been done there. As soon as I brought it in, they immediately recognized that the previous work had been done incorrectly. Fix Auto Red Deer South handled everything, got a new bumper, and repainted it. Now it looks perfect. One thing I will say about Fix Auto is that they stand behind the work done by other Fix Auto locations, which saved me a 12-hour trip back to BC. I did experience a few misunderstandings because the person I was dealing with was away for a week, but everything was sorted out once she returned. I highly recommend Fix Auto Red Deer South.
