Something went wrong with the original repair where the bondo cracked at about one year after the original repair. I took the vehicle back to them and they were excellent! 100%! They said no problem, that shouldn’t have happened but we’ll fix it for you at no charge! They did a perfect repair for $0. Thank you!

I have been advised to use Fix It Auto North by my coworker and I never regretted it. They worked on my dad’s older SUV very professional and quick. I was impressed with their estimate advise by Gordy which saved me a lot of money. I would definitely keep this business in mind and refer them to my friends and family.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Fix is locally owned (franchise), lifetime warranty at any fix location, and they worked with me/insurance/ local bumper manufacturer/ car rental all so smoothly. Despite delays on my end due to work, and then a minor fit problem that was quickly corrected the next day. Everyone at the shop is super friendly and I was able to get something out of my vehicle i forgot. The turn around time was really shockingly fast to. Ultimately the end result is stellar, and my vehicle looks even better than it did before the incident. 10/10, this is where I will be bringing anything in the future.

Dave at Fix Auto North was FANTASTIC to work with: professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. What started as warranty work from over a decade ago turned up issues with this 25-year-old vehicle. I was thrilled with the work they did on my 2017 Ford Escape replacing my rear passenger door, handle, key lock, inside panel, fuel filler door, etc. as well as painting above along with front & back panels to match after an accident in December of 2024! It was done in a timely manor & worth the wait in January! Thank you so much! Made it feel like new again!
