Huge shoutout to Dave at Fithouse for an incredible group sweat today! The energy was high, the coaching was clear and motivating, and the vibe in the room was welcoming and inclusive. The workout was well-structured, the pace was great, and there were options for all fitness levels. Such a fun atmosphere… we’ll 100% be back!! Thanks for having us!

This class was such a pleasant surprise. Shyan brought a calm confidence to the room that made the whole workout feel supportive and motivating. The flow of the Inferi class had a great rhythm to it, and I appreciated how Shyan guided everyone with clear cues and a steady presence. It felt like they genuinely wanted each person to succeed at their own pace, which made the experience feel personal in the best way. I found this class through ClassPass and I am really glad I tried it. The studio had a welcoming energy and the session left me feeling stronger and more grounded than when I walked in. It is the kind of class that reminds you how good it feels when an instructor truly cares about the atmosphere they create.

Wow! We never felt the need to leave a review before—especially for a gym. Honestly, every trainer (David, Melissa, Cordell, Santana, and Albert) is amazing. Their classes kick you in the best way—at an insane level. As beginners in a CrossFit-style setting, they were always encouraging and supportive. We left feeling great… and also a little dead inside 🥲 Thank you for an amazing two weeks! We’ll definitely see you again soon (already bought the passes this time). —Gaby & Chris

I brought my brother and nephew visiting from Edmonton for a BUILT workout over the Christmas break. They haven't worked out in years and the workout of the day was focused on muscle ups- so they were fairly intimidated. The coach, Santana, however was amazing- she simplified the muscle up movement into individual techniques, where the class could work on a specific technique based on their skill level. (some of the more advanced class members were doing full on muscle ups too!) My brother & nephew had a great time, got a great workout in, and also learnt some technique demystifying the complexity of the muscle up. They came away from the Christmas break noting this workout as one of the highlights. Thank you Santana for the great class!

It had been a minute since I had done crossfit and FitHouse was the perfect place to get black to it! The trainer was super helpful and mindful of scaling the exercises to my current fitness level. I felt happy to be back at crossfit and supported by the FitHouse community. Will definitely be back to keep improving and growing as an athlete!
