All in all this is a good gym. Clean and not overly busy. Some staff are a little odd. Some are very nice. It's 24 hour and I live a stones throw away. Ivs been training twice a day for a new movie so easy access is really nice. Its only staffed bankers hours. I've said enough. Time to go to the gym!

I recommend Fit4less for everyone who wants to workout. Prices are fair, staff is so friendly and are always willing to help you. The staff is always cleaning and doing things around so you know they are busy and making sure things are done. Out of all the gyms I've been to in red deer Fit4less has been the best switch and gym I've gone to. Highly recommend!!!

Price wise this is a budget friendly gym. Very affordable, your pocket wont cry. Very good gym equipment. Clean place as-well. If you could just make the lights more brighter so you wont feel a bit lazy to do your workouts.

Stellar budget option for anyone looking for a no-frills gym. The staff are attentive and keep the place absolutely spotless. Out of order machines are addressed quickly. And the overall vibe is very welcoming and inclusive. At these prices, the Black Card is definitely worth a bit extra to wrap up your workout with one of the massage chairs or hydromassage (or both!). It's also great to have access to additional weights/machines in the Black Card area during peak hours. As long as you're not looking for a trainer or classes, this gym has everything you need.

I’ve been going to the gym close to five years now and they do clean all the time. Vacuuming all the time between the machines ,so big deal if TV is not working Who cares you’re there to work out not to watch TV. Go home to watch TV if you want to, stop complaining about it, these girls Keep this place so clean. I am so impressed. I just wanna know what’s in the water to clean the machines With, otherwise it is a good price the cheapest in town you can’t go wrong with that. Good job Fit4less
