Great gym. Great location. Amazing price. But more amazing, are the workers. The Workers are friendly and helpful with incredible sense of customer service. Thank you all!

Been coming for a while to this gym. Most of the staff are awesome and super friendly. Met a lot of good ppl over the time, and some of the staff have great stories ! Worse part is the ppl who wear their outside winter foot wear into the gym, not sure why they can't READ the big sign that ask to have footwear from outside removed .... and it always the same ppl doing it . And sneaking 2 ppl into the turn style with one card is sad .

I am also a member of this gym, and I was standing right beside my husband when all of this happened. What I saw was shocking and completely unacceptable. My husband simply forgot his card, and instead of helping him, the guy at the front desk spoke to him with pure arrogance and disrespect. He kept questioning him like it was some kind of interrogation, even after my husband clearly explained that he forgot the card. Then he claimed to be the “owner” and continued talking in a rude, unprofessional tone. I saw the whole thing with my own eyes. Because of this disgraceful behaviour, my husband cancelled BOTH of his memberships right on the spot. And the gym still refused to refund his annual fees. As a member myself, I was honestly disgusted. The next day, we went back to speak to the manager, hoping someone in this place would be reasonable. Instead, the manager came out yelling at my husband without even letting him speak. She didn’t listen, didn’t care, and said she didn’t have time to talk. I was there the entire time, and her attitude was absolutely horrible. As a paying member who witnessed everything firsthand, I can say this gym has the rudest staff, zero professionalism, and no respect for their customers. We will never recommend this place to anyone.

I went to this gym and forgot my card, and the staff’s behaviour was absolutely unbelievable. Instead of helping, the guy at the front desk decided to act rude and confrontational. He kept questioning why I didn’t bring my card, even after I clearly told him I forgot it. Then he started claiming he was the “owner” and continued speaking with a disgusting, arrogant attitude. Because of how unprofessional he was, I cancelled BOTH of my memberships right there. And of course, they refused to refund my annual fees—typical of a place that clearly doesn’t respect its customers. The next day, I went back hoping to speak with a manager who might actually handle things properly. Instead, the so-called manager started yelling at me the moment I opened my mouth. She didn’t listen to a single word, didn’t care about the issue, and literally said she didn’t have time to talk. Completely unacceptable behaviour from someone who’s supposed to run the place. This gym has the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with, zero professionalism, and absolutely no respect for paying customers. Save your time and money—there are MUCH better gyms out there.

By far, the cleanest Fit 4 Less I've been to. Each morning I came in, the weight trees were organized, and so were the racks and benches. The staff, when they arrived, were straight to replacing disinfectant and changing garbages. While no gym is perfect, they seemed to have created a culture of respect for each other and the equipment. Great job!
