Although my online inquiries initially went unanswered, my in-store experience was outstanding. The team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely great to work with. I left extremely happy with the service and the tailoring I received (and it’s so hard to find a good tailor these days!). All I can say is wow - they absolutely nailed it! I also want to note how impressed I was with the owner’s personal response. Sheldon apologized, explained that the online forms are monitored by a third party, provided his direct cell number, and committed to resolving the issue immediately. That level of accountability and care really stood out. Highly recommended!

Super friendly and professional! It's right across the street from my office, which is super convenient. New clients get a discount and a welcome package on their first visit. I dropped off my KISS bomber jacket from their EOTR tour on Saturday afternoon, and it was ready by Tuesday! You don’t have to pay up front; you settle up when you pick it up. I can’t give it 5 stars, though, because they don’t clean leather anymore (or at least that’s what I was told), so I couldn't get my 3 jackets cleaned too. Turns out they’re all fake leather, so I’m gonna go back and ask…I’ll update my review after!

Customer service was amazing from start to finish! I called and asked for a quote and was quickly given it over email with clear instructions on how to go forward. They were able to remove all the stains from my wedding dress that I had worn for my wedding 2 years ago outdoors! They quoted me 2 weeks to get it finish which is fine but they finished doing everything in 2 days!! Highly recommend

I do all my alterations here, and it's always been a good experience. They do exactly what I ask (no surprises!), they deliver on time (or even early), and they are always very pleasant. I'm glad to have found a business I can count on.
