I had my first consultation with Robyn who made the process so welcoming. The ladies are understanding and attentive to any questions. They put any unknowns to rest and are very confident in their experience. There was absolutely no pressure to move forward with any service after the consultation, so I left with just the consultation knowing I would surely be back to see them this spring. Great first experience!

I had an amazing experience at Fine lines. I saw Jo and she was absolutely amazing. She answered all the questions I had and more. She was so honest which you don’t get much these days and she truly cares about what she does. It was such a welcoming environment with amazing people.

Firstly everyone at the office is so friendly and lovely! When it comes to a first conversation about injectables I was immediately put at ease by Robyn that what I was looking for was fully understood and she honest about what outcomes were achievable. I appreciated that they provided a consultation (with a deposit towards future treatment) and that I had time to mull over my decision. When I did receive my first treatment I was completely comfortable with the process, was quick and painless as well. I'm looking forward to trying the microneedling in the new year!

Such an amazing experience at Fine Lines! The clinic is absolutely stunning, and everyone was so warm and welcoming. I had the Sylfirm X Glowtox treatment with Andrea, and it was incredible. She was so informative and took the time to answer all of my questions about my skin. My results are amazing — I’m glowing and keep getting compliments on my skin! I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Thank you, Andrea!

When I need a recommendation, I go to the St. Albert Moms FB group. And they again did not let me down. Fine Lines was pretty consistently recommended 3:1 for any other recommendations (at least where on what I saw) and I can tell you Fine Lines Medical Aesthetics has it figured out. First, upon entry you are greeted by the kindness individual. Donna is so incredibly welcoming, friendly and inviting. Every business with a front-facing role needs a [The] Donna. I'd go back just to see her. But. Donna is not the only reason I'll be back. Joanne was phenomenal. She listened patiently and intently to me babble about what outcome I was hoping for (and what I wasn't). She took the time to answer questions not even related to my appointment. Not once did it feel like a rushed experience. It's clear she's passionate about the work she does and in supporting people with aging in a way that best meets their unique goals. She is the type of care provider/RN you want to everyone to experience. She gives the profession a great name. As of right now, I can't recommend the clinic enough. It's cute, well decorated, clean and has phenomenal staff. 10/10.
