The worst experience , If I had the option, I’d give this studio negative stars, but unfortunately Google doesn’t allow that. I joined Farinaz’s class when she was teaching with her husband. I was a beginner in kickboxing, and during my second or third session, my blood sugar dropped in the middle of class. I didn’t feel well, so I quietly moved to the corner and sat on the stairs, apologizing and saying I couldn’t continue. Instead of showing any care or professionalism (as other trainers I’ve had would normally do in such situations), Farinaz shouted at me several times in front of everyone, saying I had “ruined her couple workout.” The class space was small, so every student turned to look at me. I couldn’t even move because of how weak I felt, and that humiliation made the experience even worse. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a trainer. Her teaching style overall was aggressive and disrespectful, worst coaching , not even checking on students to see if they are doing correctly or not , just looking to the ceiling and shouting out loud, she constantly shouted at students, as if yelling would make her look tougher. But being tough and being a good coach are two completely different things. On top of that, I believe she scammed me. She pressured me into buying gym shorts and a shirt for $450, and when I later checked Amazon, the exact same items cost around $50. When I confronted her about this, her excuse was laughable “If you clicked enough times online, the price would end up the same as what I charged you.” Really? How many times do you have to click to turn $50 into $450? In short, she is rude, dishonest, and disrespectful. Knowing how to do something (like kickboxing) is completely different from knowing how to teach it. I would strongly warn anyone considering this studio to stay away,you deserve a coach who is professional, caring, and honest, not someone who humiliates and scams their students.

Far Studio is honestly so much more than just a place to work out - it feels like my second home. On days when I feel like I haven't done much, I know that if I've shown up for my workout here, I've done something good for myself. This studio is like a shelter for me; whenever I feel down, I come here knowing I'II leave feeling stronger, happier, and more grounded. Farinaz is the most amazing trainer I've ever had - so positive, cheerful, and motivating. I'm incredibly grateful she created such a beautiful space, and I'm truly proud of her.

Absolutely incredible Fitness Studio– far beyond just workouts! FAR Studio offers so much more than regular sport sessions. Every class — from Performance Boost to Kickboxing, Power Pro, Gymnastics burn and Foundations Fit is unique in its own way. I started with Performance Boost, then slowly tried more, and now I take all five classes because each one is different, challenging, and genuinely so good. But what truly sets FAR Studio apart is the community. It’s a group of happy, healthy, sporty people who support and care for one another. And at the heart of it all is Farinaz Lari, whose energy and leadership create this amazing culture. All the trainers here are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely. FAR Studio is a place where you can shape your body, learn about your physical health, and find a community of unique and inspiring workout partners. I could not recommend it more!

I have been a client for over 7 years Which has flown by! Twice in this time frame I have done a total body transformation with results above and beyond what I could have ever dreamed. I have to say, Farinaz is the only trainer that keeps the training exciting and innovative day after day. She always motivates me in a super supportive way and helps me to always push to my limits. She is super professional, tough (in a good way) and always very focused. She is a super woman, hugely talented, resilient, always prepared and so loving with a massive heart. I wake up everyday excited to go to my session… it is the best part of my day thanks to the best trainer in the world. ❤️💪🏽❤️
