Fairfield Petro Auto has consistently been fantastic for me! Auto service can be quite anxiety inducing as a young woman but they have always been incredibly caring and professional. Not only did they give me a jump when my battery died in the gas station, but they were able to fit me in the next day to get the battery replaced! This week, my car broke down and I had it towed to them even though they warned that they were very booked up for the next few weeks. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in two days! I highly recommend Fairfield Petro Auto and they do not disappoint

Scammer alert - won't do a simple oxygen sensor replacement with supplied part (from best rated website where the mechanics shop) because they admit they then can't charge the extra $ to the customer. Mechanics with no ethics should not be supported, just in this business to make as much $ scamming folks as they can. My father-in-law had his own auto shop in Victoria for years and would go out of his way to help people, not scam them. Hard to find ethical mechanics these days - you won't find them in Fairfield.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team here truly deserves it. I stopped in just before closing after hearing a knocking sound while driving — I’d just had my summer tires put on at another shop. The staff quickly discovered that nearly all my lug nuts were loose after less than 10km of driving. Despite the timing, a younger man in a baseball cap and an older gentleman kindly tightened everything up and made sure I was safe to drive. It was a very scary incident and I’m so grateful for their help and will definitely be a future customer! You guys are the best!!!

Very knowledgeable staff ! Young and honest ! I think it is a family owned local business for long time . I was referred by a friend. Excellent job ! Far far better than Toyota dealership !🙏 highly recommended 👍
