I had a disappointing experience with this place. A few years ago, the owner promised to cover part of my treatment cost due to an appointment issue, but it was never documented. When I returned after several years, there was no record of that promise, and the staff refused to honor it. During my first appointment, I faced delays and technical issues, wasting a lot of time. When booking a second appointment, I was asked for my credit card again, even though I had already paid. The staff was inflexible and unhelpful, and there was no accountability. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them.

I’ve had such a great experience at Fade Away! Staff are friendly and communication has always been easy and clear. I’ve seen amazing results after finishing my first laser hair removal bundle — my hair now takes months to grow back, and when it does, it’s super thin and barely noticeable. I was so happy with the results that I ended up buying sessions for other areas, too. Sim has been an awesome technician — professional, kind, and always makes me feel comfortable. The place itself has a really welcoming vibe and is always clean. Highly recommend! 💖

Sim is so wonderful! She is knowledgeable, makes you feel so comfortable, always explains things thoroughly and makes sure you get the results you are looking for. I have had a few lazer hair removal treatments now and I am impressed with the results. I wish I would have done it sooner! The atmosphere at fade away is lovely too. Clean and cozy but modern. Highly recommend booking a treatment and taking care of yourself, do something that makes you feel good!

I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal, and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The clinic itself is always clean, welcoming, and comfortable, which makes every visit pleasant. The staff are professional and attentive, and they make sure clients feel well cared for. A special thank you to Sim for her excellent work during my sessions — she is very attentive and makes sure everything is done with care and precision. And a big thank you as well to Noural for her professionalism, kindness, and support, which I truly appreciate. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and I would love to try other services here in the future. HIGHLY recommend!

Obvious results after just 2 sessions! I was honestly amazed at how much of a difference I saw so quickly. Taryn is ever so lovely, and the rest of the girls are just as welcoming and friendly. I was super nervous before my first appointment, but after experiencing their cool air tech—never looking anywhere else again. Best experience and results! So worth it!
