The ladies at the salon are so friendly and amazing, and they do a great job with pedicure. However I have now gone for shellac manicure twice and after only 3 days my nails started to lift and chip. Within a week every single one of my nails was either lifting or chipping, which is disappointing because it is a beautiful salon with very nice people

I went in yesterday as a last minute whim for my birthday for nail extensions and a pedicure. Of course I had to wait since I didn’t have an appointment but it was so worth it. The woman Oanh who did my pedicure was gentle, thorough and overall very professional. My manicure (pictured) turned out stunning. But, during the filing process I did get nicked on my finger which wasn’t acknowledged or apologized for by the technician, she put something on it I’m assuming to stop any bleeding and continued. For that reason I can’t give a five out of five but for a walk in during what seemed to be a busy part of the day for them I’m very pleased with the results.

I have been coming to this place for 5+ years. Great location with downtown parking available in the back. I always see Mei and Natalie, and both are very meticulous and always do a great job. Tracy also does an amazing job of remembering everyone’s names and making everyone feel welcome. On top of that, the prices here are unbeatable compared to other downtown nail salons. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a loyal Exquisite Nails customer for more than 8 years, and they never disappoint. My manicures and pedicures always turn out beautifully, and the entire experience is relaxing from start to finish. The technicians are patient, attentive, and never rush through the service.

I’ve been here three times since moving to the neighbourbood; each visit I had a different nail tech and all have been wonderful. Lindsey and Trina both did lovely manicures - Trina brought my Disney vision to life! I find gel usually chips on me within 10 days, and I was able to get 3+ weeks. Super impressed!

I’ve had good experiences at Exquisite Nail before, which is why I was disappointed with my most recent visit. I got Gel-X done, and while the staff were really nice and fair as always, the quality this time just wasn’t up to the mark. One of my nails started lifting just 8 days after the appointment, and the nail polish is already chipping despite paying $80 for the set. I expected better durability, especially since my previous shellac from the same salon lasted over 2 months with no issues. Also, my cuticles were left dry after the service, which hasn’t happened in the past.

I have been coming to Exquisite for several months now. I see May (Mey?) and she is lovely!! All the ladies at the shop are very sweet and super kind. But May does my nails every time I come in and I have a specific style I like as you can tell from my photos. And she nails (hehe) it every time!! I get compliments on them all the time. My Christmas nails I think are my favourite so far as she drew the snowflakes on there. Very affordable for pricing especially if you are getting fills and not breaking all of your nails. Will continue to come back and refer others!
